We offer a fourteen-day return policy, which means customers may request a return within fourteen days from the date their order is delivered. Any return request made after this period will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was received. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Products that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not qualify for a return.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests. This allows us to verify the order details and ensure that the return complies with our store policies. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Address

Once a return request is approved, customers will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. All approved returns must be shipped to Shop #1, Plot 15, Suite Homeland, Model Colony, Near Lee Broast. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned item reaches us safely.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned products are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet the return eligibility requirements. If a returned item fails to meet these conditions, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refund Approval and Processing

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected. Customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund once the inspection process is complete.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued through bank transfer using IBAN details, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Customers must provide accurate and complete payment information to avoid delays in refund processing.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within five to seven working days. Processing times may vary depending on banking procedures or payment service providers. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Situations

Noor-UL-Huda Fabrics reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if products do not meet the stated policy conditions or if return requests are made outside the allowed time period.
