Shipping Policy

At Noor-UL-Huda Fabrics, we aim to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are handled, shipped, and delivered once a purchase is successfully placed through our store.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after confirmation and verification of payment. Order processing typically takes one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once an order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time for all orders is five to seven business days from the date the order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 is applied to all orders. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is finalized. These charges are non-refundable except in cases where an error has occurred on our part.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Noor-UL-Huda Fabrics ships orders within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information to ensure successful delivery.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Noor-UL-Huda Fabrics will not be responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping costs. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the order may be returned to us or held by the courier service according to their policies.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers may receive tracking details through WhatsApp or email, depending on availability. Tracking information allows customers to monitor the status of their shipment until it reaches its destination.

Shipping Delays and Issues

Noor-UL-Huda Fabrics is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist customers in communicating with the courier service to help resolve any shipping-related concerns.
